Paul Harding and Jason Schubert are long-time friends who attended Medway High School in nearby Arva, Ont.

Paul and Jason are dedicated perfectionists when it comes to cooking and purchasing the best quality local ingredients they can find. They are also passionate about the enjoyment of eating and dining.

Theyve decided to come home to southwestern Ontario and share what theyve learned over the past decade at top restaurants throughout Canada and abroad by opening The Only On King, a true labour of love for cooking and life.
